Lyn Wiltse
Lyn is the founder and president of PDSA Consulting, Inc. She has more than 20 years of experience in assisting with continual improvement and productivity initiatives. Industry experience includes Public and Private Sectors, Non-Profits, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Information Technology, and Utilities.
Prior to forming PDSA Consulting, she worked as an internal quality improvement consultant to two financial services firms in transforming their organizational cultures as prescribed by quality guru W. Edwards Deming. This included advising senior staff, providing training organization-wide, and facilitating process improvement initiatives resulting in decreased costs and improved internal and external customer satisfaction. She also provided facilitator training and mentoring to create an internal facilitation resource to ensure continued support for process improvement efforts.
Through PDSA Consulting, Lyn has continued to provide training, consulting, and facilitation services to assist organizations in instilling process improvement concepts and methods into their daily work. She has presented workshops at many local and regional conferences, including the annual Public Sector Quality Conference.
Lyn's energetic style and engaging humor create a safe environment for considering new ideas. She is especially concerned with addressing system issues in order to allow individuals to fully contribute to organizational goals. At Bellevue Community College, Lyn teaches several popular courses in improving organizational performance, leadership, managing project teams.
PDSA Consulting is on the State of Washington's list of preferred providers in the areas of Leadership/Coaching; Team Building; Strategic Planning/Performance Measures; Facilitation; Conflict Resolution; Business Analysis; Quality Initiatives; Retreats; Communications; and Internal Investigations.
Dan Moss
Dan has more than 25 years of experience in positions related to the manufacturing of close tolerance parts and assemblies in the aerospace and plastics industries, specifically in quality control, production, training and safety. He has worked with employee teams to change systems, improving internal and external customer satisfaction while reducing operating costs.
He is currently providing internal support to PDSA Consulting in the areas of process standardization and improvement.
Gene Stagner
Gene has worked for 30 years in the public sector as a biologist and management team member. During this time he has assumed a leadership role on various process and project teams made up of diverse stakeholders including tribal leaders, State agencies, utilities, and not for profit organizations.
Gene has assisted in setting the stage for successful team efforts by contributing to the development of their social and logistical operating guidelines. Gene brings an effective use of humor, understanding of process, and appreciation of the value of diverse opinions to his work with teams. By providing a consistent voice of reason and balance, Gene was able to uncover hidden interests allowing team members to transcend traditional positional posturing resulting in the collaborative drafting of three long-term settlement agreements. He has facilitated numerous collaborative problem solving and improvement initiatives by ensuring the successful communication of often divergent ideas and options for solution. Gene has been involved in establishing educational programs as part of a volunteer effort for habitat improvement.
Through this work, he has developed an appreciation for the power of education to promote an ethic of environmental stewardship and personal responsibility. Geneís philosophy is that everyone wants to do a good job and the challenge facing organizations today is to focus that desire in a positive direction that benefits both the employee and the team.
Helena Schoetzow
Helena has 20 years experience helping individuals and teams achieve results-driven performance. Industry experience includes Public and Private Sectors, Non-Profits, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Information Technology, and Utilities.
Her expertise in leadership development, team development and facilitation, change management, process improvement, conflict resolution and personal growth and development are sought by leaders, teams and individual contributors. She facilitates clarification of goals and interests, and integration of business and work force needs through active team member involvement. Her approach results in the development and execution of practical action plans.
Helena has consulted with cross functional and intra-departmental teams on issues such as operating practices improvements and department structural change reviews, helping the teams define their goals and objectives, and facilitating their analysis process and development of appropriate action plans. She facilitated an industry-wide leadership development program that helped participants understand their leadership strengths and development needs, and commit to appropriate action steps.
She feels a deep commitment toward helping organizations create a culture that will ensure their long-term viability and she is dedicated to helping others discover better ways to work together.
Jamie Marie Riche
Jamie has been developing and implementing strategic communications activities to maximize organizations' ability to build relationships for more than 10 years. She is skilled at interpersonal and public communications, with expertise in establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals and groups in a wide range of settings. She helps clients improve the ways they engage internal and external audiences to better fulfill their objectives.
Industry experience includes Public and Private Sectors, Non-Profits, and Utilities. Jamie guides clients as they identify key messages, facilitates the clear, consistent, and compelling expression of those messages through a variety of effective communication techniques. In addition to her public relations experience, Jamie is a skilled facilitator and trainer. She is a frequent presenter at state and national public sector conferences on topics including crisis communications, negotiations management and communications, communications skills affecting leadership, and electronic communications.
