Retreats can provide the best venue for co-creating mission/vision/aims, for discussing values, or for kicking off a new project. These are all things whiich are critical and require a level of focus beyond what's attainable in the normal work environment.

We facilitate off-site events to allow participants to deeply focus on critical issues in a way not possible "back at the ranch." Off-site retreats also provide an opportunity for socializing and team-building in a way that is often not possible in the normal day-to-day schedule. When you work, play, eat and drink together, a new realm of possibilities can open up.
